Images follow the access rules of the profile, note, team, trackable, or trackable-group page they belong to. If someone cannot open the parent item, they cannot open its images either.
Uploads are screened before save and only resized JPEG variants are stored for delivery. The original upload is not kept as a downloadable website file.

This page is the canonical note view for people who currently have access. It can show the note content, comments, exact map location when one exists, related trackables, and any images that follow the same note-access rules.
A note page can stay open even when the source profile page or team page has narrower access. The note route, source page route, comment policy, and image visibility are related but separate rules.
Use the note workspace URL when you need to edit note text, visibility, category, map location, trackables, or attached images.
